This recipe is inspired by the milk shake concept, but without milk – because of the reachness of PERRIER gaz, with the mixer, it instantly solidify the sorbet into a very pleasant creamy texture.

In the mixer tin, pour to dessert spoon of strawberry sorbet

Pour 2 cl (1oz) of vanilla syrup MONIN

Then pour 15 cl (6oz) of cold PERRIER

Mix well until a foamy texture is obtained-garnish with strawberry petales place on an green apple triangle.
