The search for more innovative solutions

We are dedicated to the search for sustainable innovations that could reinvent packaging. For this purpose,we are looking to find new creative solutions, drawing on the expertise of external stakeholders and supporting start-ups that could be game-changers in meeting this challenge.

Since April 2019, PERRIER has been working in a consortium alongside L’Oréal, Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, and PepsiCo to support Carbios, a French green technology company, in the creation of an innovative enzymatic recycling solution. With this revolutionary recycling solution, we will ensure that any type of plastic can be safely recycled and reused again and again, remaining within the circular economy rather than becoming waste or pollution.

In January 2020, we announced the launch of our Next Packaging Movement initiative at the global ChangeNow event. The aim of this international collaboration program, which involves start-ups and social entrepreneurs, was to explore innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. Following an international call for proposals, we selected 3 winning projects, which then benefited from our technical and financial support to develop their solutions.
